Offered to all customers with an active Support; Maintenance contract. Get access to LevelBlue certified experts (ACE’s) to quickly analyze your specific challenges and bring them to rapid resolution. They can also assist with configuring USM to achieve a specific behavior. Use also as a single point of contact for RMA’s, software defects and product suggestions.
Expanded Support Offerings
In addition to our expert LightSpeed support included with all USM solutions, customers can take advantage of expanded support offerings available for the Standard and Premium Editions of USM Anywhere. This optional support package includes 24x7 support to extend our default technical support services, as well as faster initial responses times for all support cases.
